2010 Cadillac Truck Escalade AWD V8-6.2L Page 202

1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate B88 seat position sensor.

2. Test for less than 10 ohm between the low reference circuit terminal 1 and ground.

锟斤拷If greater than the specified range, test the low reference circuit for an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K36

SDM.

3. Ignition ON, test for 4-9 V between the signal circuit terminal 2 and ground.

锟斤拷If less than the specified value, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace

the K36 SDM.

锟斤拷If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K36 SDM.

4. If all circuits test normal, replace the B88 seat position sensor.
