- Ignition 1 Switch Circuit Low Voltage

Circuit/System Description

The hybrid powertrain control module (HPCM) uses ignition 1 circuit terminal voltage to monitor the 12V system voltage. Ignition 1 circuit voltage

also powers several of the internal drive motor generator power inverter control module (PIM) components.

Conditions for Running the DTC

Ignition is ON.

Conditions for Setting the DTC

The control module has detected ignition 1 circuit voltage is 2V or less.

Action Taken When the DTC Sets

* DTC P2534 is a Type A DTC.

* The HPCM commands the engine OFF.

Conditions for Clearing the DTC

DTC P2534 is a Type A DTC.
